If you are interested in presenting your work at the Poster (or “Show and Tell”) Session, please review the following section and indicate your interest in the registration survey.

Poster (or "Show and Tell") Session

We invite all attendees to present any prospective, in-progress, or completed work from teaching and learning projects in (or in partnership with) the Faculty of Science. This can include work you have already presented or plan to present elsewhere.

In the spirit of accessibility, inclusion, and creativity, for this year’s Skylight Education Open House we invite (and encourage) you to share your work, network, and/or spark one-on-one conversations in whatever way suits you!

This may include (but is not limited to):

  • a traditional poster (e.g., 48” x 36”)
  • a mini poster (one or more 8.5” x 11” sheets)
  • a QR code that links to slides or supplementary materials
  • a single provocative figure, finding, or statement (a “conversation starter”)
  • an activity or demonstration
  • props or handouts

In addition to the usual wall space for posters, there are a limited number of spaces with tables and couches for presenters who do not require wall space and/or prefer a quieter area where they can sit down (you can indicate any preference you might have at the time of submission).

If you would like to participate in the poster/alternative show and tell session, please click the link below to submit your details (title, author list, etc.).
