Learning Technology (LT) Support for UBC Science Faculty

Please contact the LT team for assistance with learning technologies at LT.support@science.ubc.ca. You can also attend the virtual drop-in sessions on Mondays (1-3pm) and Wednesdays (12-2pm).

Zoom Cloud Recordings

The Zoom video retention policy rollout date was previously announced to come into effect on March 31, 2024. This is no longer the case and the date has been postponed. Your Zoom videos will continue to work past this date. A new date for the retention policy will be announced once set. After that date passes, all existing Zoom videos will be moved to Kaltura and all new videos recorded with Zoom will be stored only in Kaltura. For more information, please visit this page.
